Parcel values

The Parcel values will display throughout the Parcel Search feature in the Citizen Portal.

Setting up parcel values

  1. Click Administration in the navigation menu, then click Portal Setup.
  2. Select Configuration Values.
  3. Select Parcel from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
  4. Click a Description in the list to view the Edit Configuration Value window.
  5. Edit the Value as needed.
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the window.


Enable parcel searching on the portal

This configuration value will enable the Parcel Search option to display on the main page of the Citizen Portal. The search option will allow citizens to search for and review parcel information without requiring a portal account.


Parcel search introduction text on the portal

This configuration will determine what is displayed on the Parcel page when searching for a parcel.


Example: You can search for parcel information based on the parcel's address, parcel number, or owner name.
