Licensing values
The License values display throughout an existing license application on the Citizen Portal.
Setting up licensing values
- Click Administration in the navigation menu, then click Portal Setup.
- Select Configuration Values.
- Select Licensing from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
- Click a Description in the list to view the Edit Configuration Value window.
- Edit the Value as needed.
- Click Save at the bottom of the window.

This value will allow citizens to apply for a license through the Citizen Portal.

This value will allow citizens to cancel an inspection request through the Citizen Portal.

This value will allow citizens to request an inspection through the Citizen Portal.

This configuration value determines the email address which the Contact link will generate an email to. This should be the point of contact in charge of working with licenses at your jurisdiction or a general email to receive questions.

This value will enable licensing on the Citizen Portal. If this value is set to "No", citizens will be unable to apply for initial licenses, renew a license, pay fees for a license, or view any licenses.

This configuration value determines the introduction of the Activities section on a license application.
Example: Review the quantity of each activity needed for your license application.

This configuration value determines the introduction of the Approval Steps (Workflow) section on a license application or license renewal.
This field is typically left blank.

This configuration value determines the introduction of the Conditions section on a license application.
Example: These are the conditions of your license application.

This configuration value determines the introduction of the Contacts section on a license application.
This field is typically left blank.

This configuration value determines the introduction of the Details section on a license application.
Example: These are the details associated with your license.

This configuration value determines the introduction of the Fees section on a license application.
Example: The fees listed below are subject to change and are not considered the final amount until the license is in a _______ status and the fees are due.

This configuration value determines the introduction of the Inspections section on a license application.
Example: Inspections are available Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Re-inspections are subject to a $100.00 re-inspection fee when inspections are requested and there is a failure to provide access to the location.

This configuration value determines the introduction of the Notes section on a license application.
This field is typically left blank.

This configuration value determines the introduction of the Parcels section on a license application.
Example: If you click on the parcel number below, you will be able to view information related to the parcel.

This configuration value determines the introduction that displays when a portal user renews their license on the Citizen Portal.
Example: Please see the information provided below. Some fields may already be populated with information from a previous renewal or application. Please update any fields as needed with current information.

This configuration value determines the introduction of the History section on a license application. *Note: This section will only display once a renewal interval has been created for a license application.
Example: This is the history of your license application.

This configuration value determines the introduction that displays on the Submittal Details page, where a licensee can upload submittals and view the status of those submittals. A citizen will view this page after clicking the "_ Files" link next to the submittal they wish to upload.
Example: All submitted documents must be in PDF format to be accepted.

This configuration value determines the introduction of the Submittals section on a license application.
Example: To upload submittal items, click the "_ Files" link on the far right of the submittal item. Please upload documents in PDF format.
