Insurance documents

You can upload insurance information for an organization to a separate and secure library in Event Manager. Insurance documents that have been uploaded to the library will display on the Insurance Documents settings page.

How to access insurance documents

  1. Click on Settings from the navigation menu.
  2. Click on the Insurance Documents tile under Calendar Settings.
  3. The list of insurance documents that have been uploaded will display. You can edit the alternate text for a document, or delete a document from this page.

 

How to edit or delete an insurance document

  1. If you would like to edit an insurance document, click Edit next to the insurance document.
    • Enter the alternate text for the insurance document in the Picture Name field.
    • Click Save to finalize the changes.
  2. If you would like to delete an insurance document, click Delete next to the insurance document. *Note: You can only delete an insurance document if it has not been associated with an event.
    • Click Delete Document in the window that displays.
