Recurring Inspections: Details Tab

The Details tab contains custom attribute fields defined by your jurisdiction to capture information specific to the recurring inspection type that was selected. Some fields on this tab may be required in order to close the inspection interval. *Note: Custom attributes are associated with the recurring inspection type through the Recurring Inspections Setup - Detail Tab.

Managing Details

  1. Enter a Value for the detail. *Note: Any field with an asterisk (*) is required. Some fields may be pre-populated with information.
  2. To add a note, click the sticky note () icon. These notes can include links and attachments such as documents, images, or spreadsheets.
  3. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
  4. To clear any unsaved changes, click the Reset button at the bottom of the page.
