Parcel hold enhancements
Enhancements have been added for parcel holds to prevent applications from being submitted on parcels that have hold notes. *Note: The hold note will only place a hold restriction on the application if the note does not have an end date.
How to configure parcel hold submission restrictions

Click on Administration from the navigation menu.

Click on Portal Setup and then select Configuration Values.

Select Permitting from the Select Group drop-down.

Click on Indicator to prevent portal submission when the primary parcel has a hold.

In the window that appears, select Yes from the Value drop-down.

Click Save at the bottom of the window. Applications will be restricted for all parcels with hold notes that do not have an end date.
