User Roles and User Permissions
What is the difference between the Add button on your homepage and the Users setup in Settings?
Adding a staff member is what you would use the button for. You can then use the Users setup in Settings to add a role you can assign to your staff. It is also worth noting that a staff member can have multiple roles.
What can each TWH standard user role have permission to do?
The Standard Roles are a set of pre-configured roles with default permissions controlled by the system. You can use our User Roles/Permissions PDF or refer to our help site article on Users as a starting point to learn more about what each standard user role can do.
