ConnectGIS is retiring on December 31, 2022
The ConnectGIS host, ESRI, is ending support of their servers and all ConnectGIS functionality.
It’s important to us that we provide our clients with forward-thinking products, which is why we are recommending that our clients look to our partner, ESRI’s more complete product, ArcGIS Online. ArcGIS has much of the same but expanded functionality and features.
Setting up and replacing your ConnectGIS tools with ArcGIS online functionality can either be done through ESRI, a 3rd party, or yourself.

No changes will be made to your data. ConnectGIS interprets and displays the data you provide and does not alter that data. Your data will remain in the layers you have created and passed into ConnectGIS.
Yes, you will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of any paid subscriptions.
You will need to work with ESRI or a 3rd party directly. Costs can vary depending on your current service, license, and the data needing to be moved.
