To optimize your usage of Mobile Worx, please ensure that your system meets all Operating System, Basic Hardware, Web Browser, and Internet Connection requirements.
Mobile Operating Systems
Below are the minimum supported operating systems and versions for Mobile Worx. If you have an older operating system, we recommend upgrading to the latest version for optimal system performance.

Basic Hardware Requirements
Below are the minimum hardware requirements for Mobile Worx.

Display resolution of 480x800 pixels or above

Diagonal display area of 4 inches or above

Must be a touch display - Capacitive touch displays are recommended

Wi-Fi or mobile cellular data capable

Rear-facing camera if using the barcoding feature
Mobile Web Browsers

Apple iOS Safari 10 or later - If using barcode scanning, Safari is required

Chrome browser for iOS - Current version from the Apple App Store

Internet Connection
A minimum 2Mb connection is required.
Device Recommendations
These recommendations only pertain to Android devices. If you are using an Apple device, Mobile Worx is compatible with an iPod, iPhone, iPad Mini or iPad. *Note: All recommendations are based on device specifications and general reviews, however the devices listed are not the only suitable options. Mobile Worx is not supported on Windows mobile/phones, Blackberry 10 devices, or Amazon Kindle devices.
