How to Process your Assigned Work

On the home page, your Assigned Work section will list all of the work orders that are assigned to you and are not yet completed.

For any New Request status work orders, you can change the status to Work In Progress by selecting it from the drop down. Be sure to click the Save button when you are finished.

You can enter Action Taken notes, Labor Hours for that day, and change the Status all at the same time. *Note: You must click the Save button to save any information typed into these fields.
- When you choose the Complete status from the drop down and click Save, the Actual Completion Date on the work order will automatically be filled in and the work order status will change to Complete.

If you need to enter additional work order details, click on the Work Order ID number in red to go to the full work order form.
