The calendar allows to view your open reactive and planned maintenance work orders. You have the ability to select different calendar views, such as by day or by month. This is a great way to view the workloads for a given time period.
How to Access the Calendar
- Click on the Calendar tab at the top of the page. The default calendar view is for the current month. *Note: PM work orders are highlighted yellow.
To the right side of the page, you can filter the calendar view according to Date and Assigned To. You are also able to filter the calendar to only show outstanding work or completed/closed work. *Note: By default, the calendar show works orders according to the Target Start Date. In the drop down, you are able select other dates such as Requested Completion Date, Target Completion Date, Actual Completion Date, and Date Created. If you notice that a work order is not showing on the calendar, double check to see which date filter you have selected.
To view a different month, select from the Month/Year drop downs on the left side of the screen.
- You can click on the WOID to view the work order details. *Note: The number in parenthesis next to the WOID are labor hour estimates. Estimated hours can be entered in the Assignment Info section of a work order or in Step 15: Codes & Assignment of a PM Schedule.
