WO Parts Reporting

Asset Essentials provides four comprehensive reports to break down part usage data. The breakdown can be done by Asset, Location, Part, or Site. *Note: The Parts & POs feature is available to Asset Essentials clients for an additional cost. Please contact your Sales Representative or Client Services if you are interested in purchasing this feature.

How to Run a Report

  • Click on the Parts & POs menu icon and then click WO Parts.
  • Filter the WO Parts list to include the records you want to report on.
    • If you use the Advanced Filters tool, you have two fields to choose from.
      • Assigned - This field represents the user that the work order is assigned to.
      • Date Used - This field represents the date that the part was used on a work order.
  • Select the Print/Report button and click the Report link.
  • Choose the Report Type from the drop down
  • Click OK to run the report. *Note: If you have filtered the WO Parts list before running the report, the same filters will apply to the report that is generated.

Part Usage by Asset

The Part Usage by Asset report lists all Parts along with Date Used, Location, Quantity, and Cost information as they were used in association with each Asset.

 

Part Usage by Location

The Part Usage by Location report lists all Parts along with Date Used, Quantity, and Cost information as they were used in association with each Location.

 

Part Usage by Part

The Part Usage by Part report lists all selected Parts along with Work Order #, Date Used, Quantity, and Cost information.

 

Part Usage by Site

The Part Usage by Site report lists all Parts along with Date Used, Location, Quantity, and Cost information as they were used in association with each Site.
