Scheduled Work Items

After schedules are set up from the Work Item form, you can view a list of the schedules under the Scheduled Work Items section in the Admin Site. *Note: If the user who created the scheduled work item changes their password or is suspended, the scheduled work item will no longer produce work orders.

Viewing Scheduled Work Items

  • To view scheduled work items, hover over the Work Items tab and select Scheduled Work Items.

 

 

  • On the next screen, you will see a list of your existing scheduled tasks along with details such as the Name, Frequency, and Start and End Dates.

 

Editing the Schedule Frequency

  • To edit the schedule frequency, click the pencil icon () located to the right of the schedule name.

 

 

  • On the next screen, you are able to edit the Schedule Name, Start Date, and Frequency.
  • Once you have made your edits, enter the password you use to sign into Mobile311 in the Enter Your Password field.
  • Click the Save button when you are finished.

 

Editing Scheduled Tasks

  • To edit a Scheduled Task, click on the arrow next to the Schedule ID number and click the pencil icon () next to the item that needs to be updated.

 

 

  • On the next screen you are able to update fields such as Work Group, Work Type, Address, Description, and Comments.
  • Be sure to click the Save button when you are finished.

Suspending a Schedule

You have the ability to suspend a schedule if Work Items no longer need to generate from it. Suspending a schedule will also remove it from the list of scheduled work items.

 

  • Hover over the Work Items tab and select Scheduled Work Items.
  • Click the pencil icon () next to the Schedule that needs to be suspended.
  • Check the Suspended box at the top of the page.
  • Enter the password that you use to log into Mobile311.
  • Click the Save button when you are finished.
