Filtered Bill List

  1. Bill Lists have three available filters: the user who entered the bill, the account code, and a range of billing period months.
  2. If you change the filters, click Refresh List to update the page.
  3. Click on any column heading to sort the list by that item.
  4. The list will display up to 1,000 items. This tells you how many are being displayed and how many pass the filter condition(s).
  5. The total cost is for all bills, not just the first 1,000 displayed in the list.
  6. Click Copy Data to copy the data to clipboard or spreadsheet.
