ConserveDirect Reports
View results and trends in your Energy Star ratings and Greenhouse Gases and keep tabs on the progress of your Energy Programs through reporting in ConserveDirect.
How to Run Reports
- To access the report criteria screen, click on the Report link in the Actions menu.
- Then click on the appropriate link for the report you would like to run.
- This brings you to a report criteria page where you can select the information you want to include in your report.
- If you are running a Saved Report, select it from the drop down list in Step 1.
- In Step 2, select your Reporting Period. You can select a predefined period from the drop down box (Fiscal Year, Calendar Year, etc.) or you can type your own date range into the Start and End Date fields.
- Continue to enter the filtering criteria for your report. The more information you select, the more narrow and specific your returned results will be.
- If you need to highlight more than one item in a selection box, click on your first item, then hold down your Ctrl key when selecting the other.
- Choose a Report Format, usually PDF or Excel Spreadsheet.
- Click Print at the bottom of the page to view a print preview of your report. You can then send it to your printer.
- If you would like to save this report as a Saved Action, you can enter a Saved Report Title and click Print & Save to make it available on the Saved Action screen.
This report shows the Energy Star Rating, the Rating Generation Date, the Usage in KBTU, and the Cost associated with each Building in ConserveDirect. If you run this report to Excel, use the Pivot Chart function to create a graph from your data to enhance the report.
This report shows the Building and Energy Star Rating, as well as the Rating Date. If you run this report to Excel, use the Pivot Chart function to create a graph from your data to enhance the report.
This report shows Greenhouse Gases for each selected Building by converting them to Metric Tons, SUVs Offset, or Trees Offset. If you run this report to Excel, use the Pivot Chart function to create a graph from your data to enhance the report.
This report shows trends for Greenhouse Gases for each Building by their Rating Date. If you run this report to Excel, use the Pivot Chart function to create a graph from your data to enhance the report.
This report lists all Programs and Goals created in ConserveDirect and shows the progress for each one. It is a summary report that allows the user to see the progress of their Programs and Goals on one screen. The user can filter the report to show either Met Goals, Unmet Goals, or both.
