Interactive Trainings for TheWorxHub

Below is a list of interactive trainings that are available to our WorxHub clients.

To register for a class:

  • Click on Full Class Description and Available Sessions under the appropriate class title.
  • Click on the link for the class you would like to attend.
  • Enter your contact information in the Meeting Registration window that appears. *Note: Be sure to select the correct date and time from the drop down list on the Registration page if there are multiple class sessions available.
  • Click Register.

 

Please note:

  • If there are no registrants 24 hours before the session starts, the session will be canceled.
  • If no participants have joined 10 minutes into a session, the session will be canceled.
  • Sessions will be locked 10 minutes after the start time, meaning no further participants will be able to join.

TheWorxHub Maintenance: Deep Dive for Senior Living

Goal: To instruct clients on the foundational setup of their WorxHub account, how to create and manage Work Orders, the functionality of the Settings tab, managing Staff/Contractors, and how to add and manage Assets, as well as create Scheduled Work Orders.

Audience: Administrative roles

Duration: 4 hours

 

TheWorxHub Maintenance: Deep Dive for Hospitals

Goal: To instruct clients on the foundational setup of their WorxHub account, how to create and manage Work Orders, the functionality of the Settings tab, managing Staff/Contractors, and how to add and manage Assets and Risk Assessment, as well as create Scheduled Work Orders.

Audience: Administrative roles

Duration: 4 hours

 

TheWorxHub Site Build Spreadsheet Training

Goal: To provide clients with instructions and best practices for populating data on the Location, Staff, and Contractor import spreadsheets.

Audience: Administrative roles

Duration: 60 minutes

 

TheWorxHub Maintenance: Workflow & Navigation

Goal: To instruct clients on the foundational setup of their WorxHub account, as well as enable clients to understand the life cycle of a Work Order.

TheWorxHub Maintenance: Settings and Staff/Contractor Management

Goal: To instruct clients on the functionality of the Settings tab, as well as how to manage Staff members and Contractors in TheWorxHub.

TheWorxHub Maintenance: Managing Assets and Scheduled Work Orders for Senior Living

Goal: To instruct clients on how to add and manage Assets, as well as create and manage Scheduled Work Orders and Scheduled Work Order Templates.

TheWorxHub Maintenance: Managing Assets, Risk Assessment, and Scheduled Work Orders for Hospitals

Goal: To instruct clients on how to add and manage Assets, Risk Assessment, AEM, Scheduled Work Orders, and Scheduled Work Order Templates.

Goal: To instruct maintenance technicians how to navigate the technician dashboard on the desktop platform of TWH, as well as how the dashboard functionality will impact workflow.

Goal: To instruct maintenance technicians how to navigate the technician dashboard on the mobile platform of TWH, as well as how the dashboard functionality will impact workflow.

Goal: To instruct clients how to establish Work Order Routes and Teams within their TWH account, as well as ensure that clients understand how Work Order Routing impacts the way that Work Orders are assigned.
