Technology Essentials Interactive Trainings

Listed below is the Technology Essentials class schedule for interactive trainings that you are welcome to attend.

To register for a class:

  • Click on Full Class Description and Available Sessions under the appropriate class title.
  • Click on the link for the class you would like to attend.
  • Enter your contact information in the Meeting Registration window that appears. *Note: Be sure to select the correct date and time from the drop down list on the Registration page if there are multiple class sessions available.
  • Click Register.

 

Please note:

  • If there are no registrants 24 hours before the session starts, the session will be canceled.
  • If no participants have joined 10 minutes into a session, the session will be canceled.
  • Sessions will be locked 10 minutes after the start time, meaning no further participants will be able to join.

Help Desk: Account Setup

Goal: To instruct clients on the foundational setup of their Help Desk account.

Audience: Administrators

Duration: 90 minutes

 

Help Desk: Workflow Management

Goal: To instruct clients on how to configure and utilize key features within Help Desk that will help streamline workflow processes.

Audience: Administrators

Duration: 90 minutes

 

Help Desk: Analyzing Your Data

Goal: To introduce clients to recommended reports and best practices for tracking ticket data of internal benchmarks and KPIs.

Audience: Administrators

Duration: 90 minutes

 

Insight: Preparing for Device Discovery

Goal: To instruct clients on the foundational setup of their Insight account to create scan jobs.

Audience: Administrators

Duration: 90 minutes

 

Insight: Troubleshooting and Product Utilization

Goal: To instruct clients on how to view probe results and asset data as well as troubleshooting scan job results.

Audience: Administrators

Duration: 90 minutes
